Hello!
Maybe hacker robots, who keeps connecting, or people who uses "bad" mods? Try to restart your server, if you are hosting 24 hours.

Your server might be getting rid of these hackers if you use JunkBuster,but i heard from my friends that JunkBuster is discontinued.
