I'm actually looking for a person who can create for 3 or 4 skins for GTA 4 (Yes, I know it's a SAMP forum, but I'm in "Everything and nothing" part). Of course, I can pay the creator. (No, I'm not a bank, don't think I'll pay 100$ for a mod...)
It's for a movie project, so please, reply only if you are skilled in this.
