Alright, you want to run a server but you don't have money? no problem.
You can do several things like, be active on sa-mp forums and find anyone whose having a vps, pm him to host a server for you.
You can also register here, freevps.us, post things there earn respect and posts and you'll get a free vps.
Or you can run a trial server, earn money in 15 days and host your owns server.

lol,there's no paypal in pakistan. For serverffs.

Get colorhost with onebip,or just do home host. There arent free servers.
