It's fine in multiplayer, It's been fine until yesterday. I have checked everywhere but i can't fix it.

you probably turned on legends. I had this prob once. Turn it off and it might work.

Delete gta_sa.set from My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files, it may be bad/corrupted video settings.

Go to Options - Display Options, and select 'Legend Off.'

Map should work fine for you then.
