Well.. Is there a way to make an Account of PayPal and actually USING it ? Like.. Sending - Taking - Spending money from / on it ? The problem that I Don't have a Bank Account - So.. Is there a way to do it ?

You can receive money and you can send it to anyone without a bank account but you should have a bank account to take it.

The money will goto your PayPal account.

The money will go to your paypal account. And you can use it for online/internet only. By the way for unverified account, there is a limit of spending the money.
