You can run all 3 but it would be better if you had 256 MB or more RAM with unlimited bandwidth. CentOS and Debian are both Linux-based so Linux command knowledge is a plus.

Well, it all comes down to preference. If you don't use a lot of RPM-based files, use Debian. Otherwise, it doesn't really make a difference what you use.

I doubt it can run a roleplay script itself.

128MB ram is not much if you want to run a teamspeak server a webserver and a samp server.
Teamspeak: 128 MB of system memory (recommended: 512 MB or more)
Apache: It can pretty much run on anything, it totally depends on load, most people recommend 512MB.
For a SAMP server it's pretty much the same, an empty server without plugins won't use much memory however a few demanding plugins and 50 players online would most likely cripple your VPS.
Maybe for some benchmark. I have a VPS with 1024MB of memory and a 4096MB burst. (memory I could potentially use in case of load peaks and if the resources are availible). I run an apache server, mysql, FTP. I also used to run a samp server, and lately a minecraft server. Both ran perfectly though I never attempted at the same time. I also use Cent OS only 64bits.

Depends what do you have on the server. For example mine takes about 30mb ram, if i add MapAndreasplugin , GPS plugin i'm going over 110mb. So watch out.
