Either do what the person above me said, or get some guts, open pawno.exe and start thinking.
You want to automatically find out whether the person is AFK or not. Well, the easiest way how to do this would be checking for his position and if it's changing. So make a timer that will check every player on the server and their positions. If their positions are matching for a long time, say five minutes, kick them out, as they are possibly AFK.
If you're running an RP gamemode though, you should focus more on the system, as the people may be roleplaying at the moment, or just use a looping animation to avoid your AFK script.
