what do you mean? i want my gm to be in mysql but i have no clue whats an enum in mysql etc

there is no enum is sql!
their are allot of tutorials for this type of thing i would search the forums
and read them all!
after that you should have a basic idea of what to do.

yes danijel i want to make a ucp in my servers website and a top 25 etc and jonny5 ok ill search but i think some tuts dont use the mysql im using so there is diff functions

what version are you using?
if your talking the actual mysql server then that wont matter
if your talking plugins for samp that support mysql
then i would pick the latest one
The release topic generally provides enough info to get started.

why would you stay on old tech?
regardless of a UCP or any of that.
Its always better to keep up to date when/where possible
