Well, sometimes when the player logs off, his password gets a new weird character which makes it impossible to login afterwards.

Example, this is the password: "test1234", and sometimes a weird character, like a small box or a really small letter "L" appears after the password. There's not key for that character on the keyboard.

This is obiviously a script bug, and you didn't even tell us what do you use to save the password -.-
Be a little more detailed, perhaps?

Umm, I believe I managed to get it fixed. Seems like it was happening to people having passwords in the exact length as the pKey string. Please lock this.
