Why in my server only ID 0 and ID 1 Working.On other Ids when i type /pay it says you cannot use this command on youreself.Please tellme how to fix this exactly,tryed everything but i cant fix it.

It's says that for every command that requires ID to use it.Like /pay /cuff amm /detain and like this
