**Since we've had some plagiarism problems, the only people who worked on this script is me, Deanol1099, and Connorlolz.**

J:RP - a Vortex 1 remake

This is a new version of the script Vortex 1 originally made by Calgon.

I've been working on this for a few weeks with a friend - and I'd say its fairly complete. Like I said too Calgon, I tried to make a community out of this and decided to go against it. Anyways, I have gained permission from Calgon to post this script. (You may PM me if you want proof, I'm more than happy to supply a screenshot. Anyways, there are many different things we added to this script - engines, more admin commands and different ems commands. The following will be only a few things we have done to this script - more will be added in a pastebin link.

• Engine commands, like /e, /hood, /trunk
• Fun level 1338 commands - /pop, /inflate, /emo
• Different style /a chat
• /badge for all LEO factions
• /fbi for the FBI faction (group 7, which is in the scriptfiles)
• Special Action cuffed added for cuffs
• /closestcar for level 1 admins
• /mole to send those mysterious messages for hitmen
• /mask added for FBI - to disguise as a different name!
• Different animations from the default VX 1
• /award to give players money, instead of fining them!
• /release added, so you don't have to prison them for less than 0 minutes each time!
• More RP paychecks, no longer 15k an hour

I guess that's all there is, to be honest. I would like you to check out the original vortex 1 script - and rep Calgon for that. He put in more work in that all together, he really does deserve a clap on the back.

Downloads

I'll include all the server files you'll need (except the executables, you'll have to get that from the sa-mp website itself.). You can simply put this in your server folder and just run it. You're more than welcome to use the server version provided - I don't mind.

You can download the current version - 1.34 from this link here. Like stated above, it'll have all the includes and stuff you'll need. Enjoy!

You go to the exterior where you want the house.
/createhouse exterior
Use /go to go to an interior you want to use
/createhouse interior
/createhouse complete. -- It's the same exact thing as VX 1.

If you're talking about to go inside the building, you have to be vip. (/changeviplevel) and then type /enterv at the door. To get out, type /exitv.

But if you're talking about the LSPD gates, its /gate. All gates are the same.

I've tested both the of packages, i was looking into Vortex RP for a while and now i checked yours. But i allready stated a money problem. It doesn't update in any way. Like if i buy something or just set my money by /set [id] 1000 money.. It says it's editted but nothing happens to my money when i view /stats

Login > then register your account. Log off and go to the folder /scriptfiles/accounts/ open yourname.ini and set the admin line to 1338

I've had no problem with that in the past. I'll try to replicate the problem myself, but until that I can't personally help you.

You can always try to /award yourself if you want - it's basically the same thing as /set.

A lot of people on the SA-MP forums like to start crap. So that's why he asked that, he probably didn't read the topic just the "Vortex 1 remake release".

On Topic: Haven't looked at the source or ran the server, but from the change log looks like you did some stuff to it. So good job.

Well it happens with more stuff, also with the viplocker or buying a car. Your /stats will update the money if you bought a car but the money display on the right top isn't updating it.

I just noticed when i relogged the money is added to the top right money bar but not to the stats if i /set [id] 10000 money.

So yeah maby you can take a peek into it and try to resolve it, because on the original version it worked fine.

I've just replicated that problem you were getting. I got the same trouble, just not the part where you got the money on the bar but not in stats again.

I'm going to reintroduce the code from Calgon's version of VX 1, and maybe that'll fix it.

I've also added some of the scriptfiles for groups, where you'll have the same settings as I did for the server. Instead of all the silly ranks that Calgon had, I've changed it to some better ranks. There's all the groups that I had - FBI, LSFMD, ect. The faction HQs are located in quite wacky places, but I'll send a screenshot of those locations later.
