Any ideas why this might be happening? Both server and client are 0.3e and I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.

You did read the part about me using Windows right? Windows uses .dll not .so

.so files are for Linux (and possibly mac?) only.

This isn't your server crashing it's the SA-MP application, does the server console close after this occurs?

It is the server crashing.The console will randomly close for no apparent reason. I've been running it as an admin for half an hour now, and it seems to be ok. Thank you to DaRealShazz.

Funny, I run win7 and I dont need to run as administrator...

Scrach that, it just crashed again despite being run as an admin. Same reason in crash log.
