SA-MP Port-Forwarding question
#1

Hello guys,

I have made my own server that I have been working on for two weeks, because it was my first and it was difficult for me as I was a beginner. I just wanted to ask if there was a way to port forward without having access to the router? I want my friends to play on it and they live far from me so we can't play LAN.

Someone help me please? It would be really great and I would sure give +1 REP.
Thanks

You need to have router access to port forward
or use hamachi to play with your friends(they will need hamachi too)

The usual local address to access your router is: 192.168.1.1 enter that into your address bar on your browser, you should then be presented with a router login box, the default username and password should be both admin. From there you should be able to access your router's settings where you can port-forward.

You don't need to be an administrator to access the router settings.
