It doesnt says anything, only you can know what you ask to do your server after its loaded that 1 FS

Anyways, why you loaded 2 streamers by Incognito, that could cause that crash.

Crashdetect plugin is the thing to find 99% of the crash reasons. Take a look at it, everything is described in the topic.

1) have you even TRIED removing the 2.5.1 streamer?
2) stop bumping your thread. If people can help they will. The more people bump their threads, the less likely people are going to want to help them
