I can connect to my server but without that package, the player cannot connect and none can host my server.

If you use windows to host, and the plugins use the microsoft visual C++ 2010 runtime, then everyone needs it installed (or include msvcr100.dll (or something like that) in your server package, where samp-server.exe is).

Can you tell me more about how to fix this so that not EVERYONE has to have that package? That's really irritating when players like your server but they can't join it.

copy msvcr100.dll (search on your windows installation drive) to the location where samp-server.exe is and then you can send it to anyone who has windows XP or above.
