You forgot to remove the cuff object you attached to the player.

what u talking about i mean when u cuff someone u get the cuffs but when u uncuff its stil there any explain? how i remove it

SetPlayerSpecialAction(giveplayerid, SPECIAL_ACTION_NONE);
and don't forget to remove the attached object
RemovePlayerAttachedObject(playerid,0);
