You can use JernJl's map editor from here (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=282801) to make a map yourself, also you can use MTA
But i don't think someone will do it for free even if it is fun

Use mta and mapping is easy im pro in it and Nobody do for free ? LOOOOL mapping things is so easy why wouldt you ask cash only sad poeple do that
