Re-install your OS.if dosent change anything its a hardware problem.contact your dealer

Check your hardware, you may need to reinstall some hardware. Take it to a professional to see what may be causing it, as BSOD's can occur from faulty hardware.

when i restart my pc and press DEL key that BIOS or what is need password and i dont know it i cant format etc...

Then you'll need to open the case and remove the BIOS battery for 5 minutes, in order for it to reset.
