error 017: undefined symbol "mysql_query"

I've been using Blueg's plugin for a year now, and less than 5 minutes ago i have updated my server to 0.3e
And I do have #include <a_samp> on the top of my script, I also have the most recent version of his plugin, and the include file, and yes I only have 1 pawno, to double check I also opened pawno.exe manually and opened my gamemode, same happened.

Any ideas?
