I don't know if its possible at all but i have an idea.I saw a toy system on some Roleplay system and it had many toys in server i gues they was upload it on the server and scripted in game script that players can buy them from clothing shop,because i saw some bandanas and many cellphones what are not in original game.So my question is.would that be possible to upload NEW skins on the server that people can choose them? Like we have original skins and if we found and mod it skin and i want to upload it on the server and all the people would see it? I don't know if you get my point.

The objects like the bandanas and stuff were made by the SA-MP team and put into the version of sa-mp they were added to. So it's not possible for you to make new skins without asking the SA-MP team to add new skins that can be used. And i dont think they are going to do that.
