[AccidentalHuman]

So I'm having a critical error with the .3e client that I have been unable to resolve. I open the Client, try to connect to a server and the game looks like it is launching. The launch process stalls for 3 - 5 seconds and then reverts back to the client which is no longer responding. The Grand Theft Auto process is running but has stopped responding as well as the SA-MP client.

This has only been happening since I upgraded to .3e - I had absolutely no problems with .3d at all. I am able to run single player and I have uninstalled all installations of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas from my PC, done a fresh install and then reinstalled SA-MP with no prevail. I have also cleared the GTA San Andreas User Files Directory as well as run the installer, the client and the game as an administrator.

I have tried reinstalling it 5 times including on a completely fresh install of GTA:SA with no mods of any sort.

GTA SAN ANDREAS can be opened ? Can i play the gta san andreas ? If NOT then you should Re-install your window !

Remember the server has to be on 0.3e if you want to connect to it with 0.3e client. If it's still on 0.3d, you will not be able to connect.

The server -is- .3e but the issue isn't with the server the issue is with the .3e client

rename your "GTA San Andreas" folder to "GTA San Andreas 2", if it does not work, delete the gta_sa.set file from SA-MP folder in "my documents".

I have the same problem when I set a resolution in Single Player which MP doesn't support.

Set the Single Player resolution to 800x600x16, open SAMP and set a new resolution. Hope that fixes it.
