Use the search bar, there are MANY of these guides on the forum.

You can chose if you wanna use mysql, y_ini, dini or any other.

I recommend Mysql because that's the newest and freshest database saver.
You could also go with Y ini if you don't know how to use MYsql.

I DON'T Recomend you to use Dini because this is the oldest and slowest database saver.

Just scroll up, click search choose the prefix as [tutorial] and type registration. And voila there you go
