i did have this problem but just fixed it by going onto the gamemode of your server and delete the #include <stremer>
and the #include <sscanf> then compile thats what worked for me.

You'r use samp server 0.3e? Try download streamer version 0.3e and replace all file.. and recompile

Wouldnt deleting the include cause more errors?
