This is just simple house I mapped near the beach.

-Removed some grass objects at the area of the house
-Added house
-Added few exterior objects
-Added small pier for 2 boats on the bottom
-[H] Helicopter mark on the roof of the house
-Scripted and mapped garage
-Few commands added (pay attention in the video)
-Working gates
And much more

Commands:
/roofup >teleports you to the roof
/roofdown > teleports you down the roof
/garage > teleports you into the garage
/opengate > Opens the gate
/closegate > Closes the gate
