To fix this theres very little steps you should follow;
1. Go to your GTA San Andreas User Files
2. Locate gta_sa.set
3. Delete gta_sa.set
4. DONE, Should work perfectly fine

i don have gta_sa.set (deleted recently) also it only crash upon enter vehicle (DID I SAY ONLY)

im dev my own server VIrtual ip is 7.34.0.14:7777 and i am happy coz it host but i cant even play on it coz of error
