I have two ip of my pc different in whatsmyip.com and cmd>ipconfig and the one of my whatsmyip.com is Online how may i make it Single rather than two?

whatsmyip.com shows your (static) visible IP
cmd>ipconfig shows your (dynamic) local IP

It's the other way round. Static external ip addresses are very rare.
