im with them also i think they are absolutly crap they keep taking down my server and they keep getting their website down and wont give me a refund

For that i know, they're being ddosed.
Started on monday, and still did not stopped.
The downtime should get refunded on your servers, to "pay" the down time you had.

If you paid via Paypal I am sure paypal will refund you your money if their site is still down.
Just file a dispute via paypal

My server run for 10 days tooo... but i paid for 1 month.. they didn't give refund & did not solve my problem...

Move your host.. NEVER CHOOSE JIHOST

The funny thing is, they said they would be up by Monday (recent)...but they're not.

Anyways, look for a different host..I believe domVPS suspended thier service for hosting Gameservers which they don't allow.
