i am using LuxAdmin Admin Filterscript but there is a problem...
when a user join server with unregistered account and spawn a register dialog appears. but when the user come back with his registered account the register dialog appears again

you mean you need to make register without dialog type /lmenu and enable auto login

i use Lux Admin and i dont know any fixes but i have a suggestion make the SendClientMEssage(playerid,..."|-....use /register [password]-| more visible

Yeah that's a script bug which was never fixed, unfortunately. Well the only thing you can do is browse to your luxadmin config settings and set "MustRegister" to 0. So it's upto players if they wish to register in-game or not.
