just make a textdraw using a textdraw creator you can find on Sa-mp forums. accross the top and the bottom. May have to add pointless letters
then use

That will make it red and should be transparent

It's basix, if you want to learn its a bit of a basic place to start.

Just download a gametext creator. it tells you how to create them, you click on the screen where you want it to be then it creates it for you
