just step in a car and drive away xD?
There is no filterscript to steal cars
if you have a car system then you need to make if the car is owned that he can do /breakin and he try to break in blabla but there is no filterscript because i never saw one

There's no point in a FS, you may as well code it yourself because there's different enumerations.
