I know when you order Volt-Host it comes with 10GB of space. If you need more, is it possible to get more on the same account? And how much is it for each gig or how is it sold?

Nowadays the servers files should not take more than 1gb, if you need more, contact them anyways via support ticket, they will be available to help you out.

Yes like what (A)rray said, you won't need more than 10GB though sending them a support ticket will help.

You don't need more than 10GB for a SA:MP server.
