Okay so I want to add a piece of dirt land that is shaped like this:
It's not very big and it's not small.
Can someone help me identify this?

If you could provide screen shots of it IG then maybe we can find it.
It's somewhere in the GTA world.

Yes see that's the problem. I can't remember where it was because it was on another server and an admin was doing an event and they spawned this. I just need to know what kind of object it is and the ID.

First thing that comes to mind is the Glen Park object, but that's probably not what you're looking for. Such a vague description and generic image aren't going to help anyone.
