Name Color Changer

Information:

Simply it's a [FS] with dialogs to change the color name
I did this because i saw this thread https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=329158
because it wasn't organized and he made alot of cmds each cmd for 1 color i made this with a dialog so you can choose the color you want it will be more better i guess

Looks good, except for the indentation and the '#pragma tabsize 0'.
