I know. You either you do not portforward or try to put (127.1.1.0:7777) and then go to "whatismyip.com" and give that ip to your friends, who want to play on your server!!

===>Portforward:-
-Open cmd
-Type /ipconfig
-Now note your ip and also not "gateway" (my is like 192.168.1.1)
-Now copy Default Gateway and paste it in Browser (i.e ****** chrome or internet explorer)
-Then it will ask you for :username and pass:
-type "admin" in pass and also "admin" in username.
-Your "DSL" page will open.
-Now find "Virtual Servers" option.
-Click on that option and enter into it by clicking on "ADD"
-Type "GTASAMP" in a "custom server" and type your ip (which u get from /ipconfig) in option...
- In external port end and external port start put "7777"
-Also put "7777" in internal port start and internal port end
-And put protocol on "TCP"

-Repeat line#10,11 and 12 again but in protocol put "UDP"
Here u go......
