XAMPP Iis better to use more easily to make every thing to work.... User help full. I'm useing XAMPP now for 2 or more years and never let me down..

i have installed the XAMPP
but i go to

localhost/phpmyadmin/

it always say

your port 80 is blocked and start phpmyadmin and mysql... at the panel. One of the things who is use ing port 80 is skype.
