This.
For roleplays:
- Don't ever refund people if they are switching to your server.
- Dont give out free admin/money/house if people join your server.
- Never, ever use a Godfather gamemode. Make on of your own!
- Fix your spelling and grammar. Maybe your main language isn't English (mine isn't aswell), but talking like a complete noob won't give a good impression of being an owner.
