No one mentioned yet that 192.168.1.100 is NOT your external IP, but your internal one, and is only valid in your local network. So this IP wont work, no matter if typefish works or not.
For giving others the ability to join your server you have to use your extrernal IP. There are several websites to find it out easily, alternatively it can be found somewhere in your router config.

e.g. http://whatismyipaddress.com/
