How to remove Whirlpool from the server ?

Just in the way you added it:
Open "server.cfg", search the line "plugins" and remove the word "Whirlpool"!

What script are you using? You're going to have to rewrite your login/registration system. Just removing the Whirlpool plugin from your server.cfg is not going to disable it in the script.
Edit: Just out of curiosity. Why don't you want to use Whirlpool? What are you going to use instead?

Even if you did remove it all passwords will remain hashed until they re-register
Oh and secondly.. can you tell me your server name so i can completley avoid it, yeah ty :P

Can anyone tell me what happens when someone changes their password into something they forget and they ask me to change for them ? How can I do that if Whirlpool is hashing them >?<
