Can anyone tell me why some downloaded Gamemodes servers says The server didnt respond,Reconnecting I got this problem in many gamemodes i downloaded though i have samp version 0.3d.

Have you recompiled the script with the 0.3d includes?

Either you're using the wrong client. Or your gamemode's version does not fit your client.
