Go take a look over other servers, there are thousands of servers giving VIP Benefits or something else to earn cash to run their servers and they found something like these to get donations.
And this was just a part of my VIP bonus's.

and yea, there are thousands of other servers that take money for VIP / Reserved vehicles. My server does that too, ofcouse!
