A majority of the eye candy you see here is just the dude's mods alone. The rest can be made under OnPlayerKeyStateChange and using an if to check if the player is in any vehicle.

This is a script :/ I mean the yellow light, how is possible?

It's made using yellow light objects at the back of the car, using a timer to destroy/create certain objects to make it look like a light circulation.
