Well I have a few giveaways and i've been thinking of some kind of application/contest for these giveaways. I tried the regular quiz type but everyone just copied each others answers. What would you suggest? Maybe some kind of form the people have to fill out or what?

Another Idea:

php form when they submit is mailed to the administrator, no one will ever see.
