... In using Custom models for SA-MP with which you can build custom houses (like in The Sims)?

There will be many objects like walls, floors, roofs, furniture etc to allow each player build a fully dynamic custom house. Will be really useful for making "Unique" RP server gamemodes. Let each player purchase items and build his own house! Perhaps a full MySQL system..

They have something like this, "In game builder" but its an ok idea.

That is sweet! Although there's a good number of furniture models in GTA already. That would be amazing, but not ontop the other priorities.
