@clavador - Are you retarded? I can see why you have 0 rep.
@peterory - Mate, NPC's are simply bots that auto-connect and run a recorded macro, either once or repeatedly.
Without some seriously insane and more than likely extremely inefficient and buggy code, there is no way of achieving this YET.
Possibly in later versions of SA-MP there will be functionality to create dynamic NPC's, but at the current time I don't believe there is such a thing. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

This is impossible? I remember seeing a tutorial similar to this on the forums. Can't you make a stock like SetPlayerFacingPlayer and use that on the NPC, and use OnPlayerUpdate and a shitload of if's? This is just my way of thinking. My fault if it isn't possible.
