Hello, For you guys that cant get to phpmyadmin HERES A SOLUTION I FOUND AFTER TRYING 500 Times

1. quit skype (if open)
2. check port again
3. if succsessfull Run the apache.
4. goto localhost/phpmyadmin
5. ENJOY SCRIPTING

Well when i tried to run apache it didn't work it said port 80 is in use SO i hopped off everything exempt for that and it worked!

Err yeah. No shit, Most of those softwares use port 80.

I think he wanted to give a tip to people that can't start apache service in xampp on windows while skype is running. I had this problem myself too, actually and I'm sure it will come in handy to some people!(although he could just post in one of mysql tutorial threads or something)
