i get this message
"server didnt respond"almost evry time i connect , But sometimes i can connect to the server
My ping is around 63 and 78

Try adding an exception for SAMP/GTA on your firewall.

For Better result i Disabled The Whole Crap .... FireWall Disabled ..Same Problem
i dont want To try bilions times To Join a Server !!!!

I got the same since 0.3d, I don't think it's related to your firewall.

I had the same problem, delete your sa-mp and dowload again. that helped me...

i have This Problem Since 0.3c..But i Think its My ping. I have 63-78 Ping is That Good Or Not ?
i reinstalled SAMP and SAN ANDREAS , i have 2 Copys of SA one for Mods And the Other Normal

Most probably is your networks fault ...

Nearly Everyone get's that problem fix your router when it's fixed rejoin lol or just rejoin

Yeah, happens a lot. Try re-installing, reset your router, rejoin.
