reinstall samp, still problem?
unistall all mods, still have it?
ctrl+alt+delete go to task manager and find GTA_SA cancel it

Try using 0.3d R2 client which can be downloaded from www.sa-mp.com

OR
As the above poster said, maybe gta_sa.exe is not closed that's why the error may come. Check on Task Manager that is there gta_sa.exe running?

Im getting error Ive uninstalled samp and reinstalled it doesent work... I deleted the Cleo.asi dosent work... What do I do

This should work. First, uninstall GTA SA from your computer, then, go into your program files
Start>My computer>Local Disk>Program Files> and you'll see a folder "Rockstar Games", delete that folder, re-install the game and sa-mp, Then go to www.sa-mp.com>Downloads and download "Third party patch" even if you have 1.0, you should do this anyway to be sure.

ctrl+alt+delete go to task manager and find GTA_SA cancel it this work's man!

Go to My Documents and Delete San Andreas User Files Folder. Back it Up Before Deleting it.
