Hello all, i just want to get some information about paypal, in my country we don't have credit cards but i want to pay online so my question was
1. Can i get a free paypal Account without entering credit card information (and get money by clicking on ads and stuff)
2. no second only answer the first

It's not true. Some countries are allowed to send payments only, but not to receive them.

Problem is if PayPal decides to want you to verify your information you need to show proof of address. So if your not from Canada they will keep your account limited and keep the money for themselves.

I've had mine for over a year, never run into that problem.
