Could samp make bigger max_objects count to next samp server because i had reached that max_objects bound now and i cannot add more objects there without causing crash for connecting players.

You're telling me 1000 objects isn't enough? I'm sure this is also the reason people have created streamers.

It just doesn't work like that. People have already been kind enough to create a very powerful streamer. Just hop aboard and start using it.
