Previously I used ctrl + v to paste text and it worked, now only works sometimes.

try
ctrl + insert . its also paste things.

lol....if ctrl + v dont work...so you might be having mouse...you can do it with mouse

right button + copy [right mouse button ] to copy

and

right button + paste [ left mouse button ] to paste

Maybe you copied something like a file, that isn't a text, that's why it doesn't work...

Make sure your control button is actually working. Test other functions like copy, cut, etc. Also, where are you trying to paste things?

First I am a girl, lol. And nothing works. It turns out that in Windows works normally only in the text box SAMP that most of the time it takes, and Dialogs does not work either.
